Our factory is located at Plot No. F/15 in Phase 2 of the GIDC. As the name suggests, we work with pesticides. This means our daily routine involves a lot of mixing, bottling, and labeling. We have to be careful with how we handle everything, so there’s a lot of cleaning involved. The smell of the chemicals is something you just get used to after a while. We aren't a massive corporation with a hundred layers of management. We’re a local outfit. Most of the people working here live nearby and have been with us for a long time. We spend a lot of time checking the batches to make sure the strength is right. Farmers and local distributors are usually the ones buying our stuff. We don't have a big marketing team or a fancy website. We just rely on the fact that our products do what they are supposed to do in the fields. The GIDC can be a bit overwhelming with all the traffic, but our corner is relatively organized. We keep our paperwork in order and make sure the loading bay is clear for the morning pick-ups. It’s a practical business. We show up, we do the mixing, we pack the bottles, and we go home. That's the way it's been for years. We aren't trying to change the world, just providing what the local market needs.
