You can find us at Plot No. 158/159 in Phase-2 of the Gidc area. We are right across from the Bank of Baroda, which makes it easy for people to find the mill. The smell of oil and seeds is pretty strong around here, but we don't even notice it anymore after working here so long. It’s a busy place with trucks coming in to drop off raw materials and others leaving with the finished products. The office is right on the premises, so it’s always a bit noisy with the machines running nearby. We spend a lot of time checking the inventory and making sure the mill is running like it should. It’s a lot of dusty, heavy work, and our clothes usually show it by the end of the shift. The surrounding area is a major hub for this kind of stuff, so we’re right in the middle of the action. We don't have a big corporate structure. It’s just the regulars who have been here for years and a few new guys learning the ropes. Sometimes things break down and we have to spend the whole day fixing a press or a motor. That’s just part of the job. We don't put on any acts for visitors; they see the mill exactly as it is. It’s just what we do day after day to keep things moving.
