Balaji Infra

We spend most of our days here near Haridarsan Chowkdi, just trying to get the work done. It’s a busy spot and the noise from the road usually starts early in the morning. At Balaji Infra, things aren't always organized perfectly, but we show up and do what needs to be done. The desk is usually covered in site maps and half-empty tea cups. Sometimes the phone rings too much and other times it’s quiet for hours. We spend a lot of time out on the sites where the actual building happens. You get used to the dust and the heat after a while. Most of the guys here live nearby so we know the area well. We aren't trying to be some big corporate office with fancy chairs. We just have a small space here near the chowkdi where we keep our tools and talk about the next steps for whatever project is on the schedule. It gets pretty hectic when the trucks arrive with supplies. We just try to manage the workers and make sure the materials don't sit out in the rain if the weather turns. It’s just regular work, nothing too complicated to explain. We've been at this spot for a bit now and people know where to find us if they need to talk about a project. The commute is okay, though the traffic at the intersection can be a real headache in the evenings. We just keep our heads down and finish the day's tasks.
