Our office is located at 201, Raj Complex, which is right near the bus stand in Naroda, Ahmedabad. Because of the location, there is always a lot of noise from the buses and people rushing to catch their rides. It’s a very active part of town. Inside our office, things are a bit more relaxed. We have a few desks where we sit and talk to people about land and houses. We’ve got maps of the 382330 area pinned to the walls and stacks of folders that have seen better days. Real estate in Ahmedabad can be quite hectic, but we try to keep things simple. People wander in from the bus stand sometimes just to ask for the time or directions. We don’t mind. We’ve been here long enough that we know most of the shopkeepers in the complex. The air conditioner struggles a bit during the peak of summer, but we make do with fans. We aren’t the type to wear suits and ties every day; we prefer being comfortable while we work. Most of our day is spent on the phone or driving out to show properties to families. It’s a lot of back-and-forth, but it keeps us on our toes. We don't use any fancy sales tactics. We just tell people what we know about the local market and let them decide for themselves.
