Arihant

Our shop, Arihant, is located at Plot No. 39/10 in Phase 3 of the GIDC. It’s a pretty standard industrial plot, nothing too flashy. We’ve been here for a number of years, and the place has seen a lot of work go through its doors. Being in Phase 3 means we are surrounded by other workshops and factories, so there is always a lot of activity in the street. You hear the sounds of welding and grinding from early in the morning until late in the evening. Our team is just a handful of dedicated guys who know their way around the equipment. We don't have a big HR department or a marketing team. We just focus on the job at hand. The building itself is a bit old, and the paint is peeling in some places, but the machines inside are kept in good shape. That is what matters to us most. We spend our days making sure the production stays on track. Sometimes things break down and we have to spend the whole day fixing them, but that is part of the life here. We don't have a website or anything like that; most people just know us by word of mouth or by seeing our sign in the GIDC. It’s a practical, no-nonsense environment where we just try to do a good day’s work and head home to our families when the shift is finished.
