Ankita Industries

We are over at Plot No. 13-b in Phase-1. It's right across from Global Energy Food Industries on Reliance Road. If you know the Gidc area, you know it gets crowded during the shift changes when everyone is on the road. Ankita Industries has been in this spot for years. The building looks a bit old now and needs a new coat of paint, but it works for what we do. We mostly deal with local clients who just drop by when they need something done. There’s always noise from the road and the neighboring factories, but you get used to it after a week or two. We don’t have a website or anything like that. Most of our orders come from people talking to each other at the local shops. The gate is usually open during the day. Sometimes the delivery trucks have a hard time turning around on Reliance Road because it’s so narrow with all the parked bikes and scooters. We try to keep our workspace organized, but things get messy when we are in the middle of a big job. It's just a few of us here. We handle the paperwork ourselves in a small corner of the shop with an old computer. No fancy chairs or air conditioning in the main area. It’s honest work. We’ve seen a lot of businesses come and go in Phase-1, but we’ve managed to stay put. The tea stall at the corner is where we usually take our breaks.
