We operate out of Plot No. C1/39/29 in Phase 3 of the Gidc. It’s a typical industrial spot. We work with plastics. The machines run pretty much all day. It gets hot in the shop, especially during the summer months. There are stacks of crates and bags of raw material everywhere. We aren’t really into the whole modern office look. Our focus is on the floor where the production happens. You’ll find bits of plastic scrap here and there, though we try to keep it tidy enough to walk through. The noise of the molders is something you get used to after a week. We have a small crew. Most of the guys have been here for years and they know exactly how the machines sound when they’re running right. We don’t do a lot of fancy advertising. Most people find us because they need something specific made and someone told them we were here in Phase 3. It’s straightforward work. We take the orders, run the machines, and load the trucks. Sometimes there are delays with the materials, but that’s just part of the business. We deal with it and keep going. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s what pays the bills and keeps the shop running.
