Alok Industries

Alok Industries is located at Plot No. 147/3 in Phase 2 of the Gidc. It is a standard industrial plot and there is nothing too fancy to look at from the outside. But inside the gate, it is a different story. There is always something happening. We have machines running and people moving around all day long. The air is usually thick with the smell of the materials we are processing. We have been in this spot for quite a while now. We have grown a bit over the years but we still feel like a small outfit. We do not have a lot of corporate rules or HR manuals. We just work together as a team to get the orders finished. The office is just a small corner with a couple of old desks and a lot of files. We do not spend much money on decorating or making things look pretty. Most of our funds go back into the machines and buying the materials we need. Dealing with the Gidc environment means we have to deal with the heat and the occasional power cuts but we are used to that. We do not make big promises to anyone. We just tell people when their stuff will be ready and try our best to hit that date. Sometimes we miss the deadline and have to work through the weekend to catch up. That is just life in a factory. It is honest work and it keeps our people busy.
