Akshar Enterprise

Our business, Akshar Enterprise, is set up at Plot No. A/9 in Mangal Estate, Phase-1 of the GIDC. It’s a standard industrial plot where we do most of our daily tasks. We don’t have much in the way of a fancy office, just a small desk area and then the rest of the space is for the actual work. We’ve been in this spot for a good while, and we’ve gotten to know the layout of the estate pretty well. There’s always trucks coming and going, and the air is full of the sound of other businesses working nearby. We focus on getting through our checklist every day. It’s not always exciting, but it’s what keeps the doors open. We have a small crew and we all know what we’re supposed to do. There isn’t a lot of management stuff going on, we just talk to each other and get the orders out. Sometimes the electricity goes out for an hour or we run out of certain supplies, and we just deal with it. That’s life in the GIDC. We don’t spend money on advertising or anything like that. Most people know us from just being around for so many years. We just want to do a decent job and head home at the end of the shift. The building is practical and serves its purpose for our needs. We’re just here at A/9, keeping things moving along as best we can. It's a living.
