Akash Organics

If you head out to Phase 3 of the GIDC, you’ll find Akash Organics at Plot No. 50/b. It’s a bit of a drive from the main city, but it’s where all the action is for businesses like ours. We work with various materials, which means the place has a very specific smell that you get used to after about ten minutes. The setup is mostly tanks and pipes and some testing equipment. It isn't a place for people who like to keep their clothes perfectly clean. We’re usually wearing aprons and gloves, moving stuff around or checking the gauges. The office part of the building is just one room where we keep the computer and the registry. We aren't big on decorations; we just have a calendar on the wall and some old photos. Life in GIDC Phase 3 is mostly about managing the supply deliveries and making sure the production doesn't stop. Sometimes the power goes out or a delivery is late, but we just deal with it as it comes. We’ve been at this location for a while now and have seen the area grow. We don't do much advertising because most people find us through word of mouth or by just seeing the sign on the road. It’s a simple, functional place where the focus is on the day-to-day operations. We just want to do our bit at Plot No. 50/b and keep the business running steady without any unnecessary fuss.
