Akash Industries

We are located at C-2, Phase-2 in the Gidc area of Naroda. Being near the State Bank of Saurashtra makes it easy for people to find Akash Industries. This part of Naroda is always busy with traffic and people moving goods. Our unit is an older one, but it works for what we need. We have the usual setup for a GIDC workshop. There’s a main door that stays open for most of the day to let the air in. We have a small team here. Most of us have been working together for a long time. It’s not a fancy place with air conditioning. We just use the ceiling fans and keep the windows open. Sometimes the dust from the road comes in, so we have to wipe things down often. We don't have a big corporate structure. If someone needs to talk to the person in charge, they just walk in. We spend our days making sure the machines are running and the orders are packed up. Lunch is usually brought from home and eaten together. It’s a simple routine. We know the other shop owners around C-2 and we help each other out if someone needs a tool or a hand. That’s just the way it goes here in Naroda. We aren't worried about looking polished. We just care that the work we do at Akash Industries is solid and the day goes smoothly. We've been here a long time.
