Agrawal Plastic Industries

We operate out of Plot No. 628 in Phase-4 of the Gidc area. Agrawal Plastic Industries is a manufacturing setup, so there's always the smell of plastic and the sound of machines running. It’s a functional space designed for production, not for hosting guests. We have the molding machines and the extruders going most of the time. Gidc is always busy, with trucks moving in and out of the different phases. Our plot is right in the thick of it. The staff here has been working together for a long time, so everyone knows their role at the machines. We don't have a big corporate structure. It’s mostly just the owner and the workers on the floor. We spend our time checking the quality of the plastic items and making sure the machines don't overheat. Sometimes a mold gets stuck or a shipment is delayed, and we just have to deal with it. It’s not a glamorous job, but we provide items that people use every day. We don’t talk much about our values or anything like that; we just focus on keeping the production line moving. It's a practical business run by people who know their trade. We stay busy and that’s how we like it. Most evenings we spend time cleaning up the floor and preparing the machines for the next morning's early start. We keep a small kettle in the corner for tea breaks.
