A. S. Industries

You can find us at A. S. Industries over in Naroda. We are at D 10 A in the Shreeji Estate. A good landmark is the telephone exchange right across the street. Naroda is a very busy part of the GIDC, so there is always something going on. Our estate is filled with different kinds of businesses, and we have been here for a good amount of time now. The workspace is a bit cramped sometimes when we have a lot of materials coming in, but we make it work. It’s a practical setup. We have our machines and our desks all in the same general area. Most of the people working here live nearby, so we have a local feel to the place. We don't use any corporate jargon or have big missions. We just try to get the orders done on time. The phone rings a lot, and we spend a good part of the day coordinating with suppliers and transporters. It gets loud with the traffic outside, but it’s a good kind of energy. We don't have any fancy decorations on the walls. It’s just a place where people work hard. We know most of the other owners in the estate, so there is a bit of a community feeling. We just keep things moving and try to be helpful.
