Our office is located over in Nikol, specifically around Survey Numbers 390 1 and 390 2 1. If you know the area, we are tucked right behind the AMC water tank. It is a pretty recognizable landmark for anyone living nearby. Nikol has changed a lot lately, with more buildings going up every single month. We have been working out of this spot for some time. It is not a high-rise office or anything polished like that. It is just a practical space where we get our daily work done. Most days involve looking over plans or dealing with the logistics of construction stuff. The water tank helps people find us when they get lost on the side streets around here. It can be a bit dusty because of all the development, but that is just how Nikol is these days. We spend a lot of time on site, but this is where the main desk is. You will usually find one of us here drinking tea and sorting through files. We do not have a big reception desk or a bunch of assistants. It is just a direct way of doing things. Being near the AMC facility means we are right in the heart of the municipal zone. We like being in this part of the city. It is busy and it keeps us occupied. Nothing too complicated about how we operate, just local people doing local work together in the neighborhood.
