We are based in the Laxmivijay Hosiery Mill Compound on Naroda Road. This area has a lot of history with the textile industry, and we are just one part of it. The compound is quite old, and our space is filled with the smell of fabric and the sound of machines. It is not a modern glass building like you see in the new parts of the city. It is a real working mill space. We have been running things here for quite a while now. Most of our day is spent watching the machines and making sure the threads are not breaking. We deal with bulk stuff, so there are always stacks of finished goods waiting to be picked up by the trucks. It gets quite loud when everything is running at once, so we have to talk loudly to hear each other. We do not have a PR team or anyone to write fancy speeches for us. We just know how to handle textiles and keep the production going. The Naroda Road traffic can be a real headache, but we have learned to work around the peak hours. Our staff has been with us for many years. We eat together and work together. It is a bit rough around the edges, but the work gets done. People know Shree Prakash Textiles Pvt.
