Shree Ganesh Technoplast is over here on Naroda Road, tucked inside the Krishna Gopal Estate. If you know the area near Ashirwad Estate and the Memco crossing, you know it’s always packed with traffic. Our shop at Plot No. 6 is usually humming with the sound of the machines. We deal with a lot of plastic work, mostly technical parts that people need for other machines. It’s dusty work and there’s always a smell of warm plastic in the air, but we’re used to it by now. The tea stall right outside the estate gate is where most of us end up during the afternoon break. It’s a decent enough spot to work, even if the road gets flooded whenever it rains hard. We don't have a big corporate setup or anything like that. It’s just us, the machines, and the orders we need to finish by the end of the week. Sometimes we stay late when a big shipment needs to go out, and the lights in the estate stay on while everything else is quiet. My uncle started things around here and we just kept it going. We don’t do much advertising; people just find us because we’ve been at this address for so long. It’s simple work, but it keeps us busy and the bills paid, which is enough for us. It’s a bit of a grind but it’s our grind.
