Kaizen Electricals

Kaizen Electricals takes up units 181, 182, and 183 in Ashirwad Estate. We are located right near Krishna Gopal Estate and just across from the fruit market. Having the market so close means the air usually smells like whatever is in season, which is a nice change from the usual industrial smells. The estate itself is always crowded with delivery vans and people rushing around. Our three units are packed with all sorts of electrical parts and wires, so it’s a bit of a maze inside. We don't have a big fancy storefront; it’s more of a working warehouse where we spend our time counting stock and testing things. The floors are concrete and have a few cracks, and the shelves go all the way to the ceiling. It’s a bit noisy because of the fruit market activity and the other workshops in Ashirwad, but we’ve grown used to the chaos. We usually have tea at the stall around the corner twice a day. The office is just a small desk in unit 182 where we keep the books. We aren't into the corporate style of doing things. We just open up early, get to work, and try to make sure we don't trip over the boxes. It’s a busy, cramped, and very real place to spend the day. We like being in the middle of all that activity because it feels like we’re part of the local buzz in this part of town.
