Arvind Smartspaces Limited is located over at Arvind Smart City, which is right by the Arvind Limited Campus. It’s a big area and we have our office set up here to stay close to the action. We aren't about flashy presentations or corporate jargon. We’re just a team of people working on residential and commercial spaces. The office is usually humming with activity. We have meetings, we check drawings, and we talk to the people on the ground. It’s a lot to manage, but we’ve been doing this for a while. We know the campus area inside and out. Some days are stressful when deadlines are tight, and other days are a bit slower. We try to stay grounded. You won't find us using big marketing words. We just talk about bricks, mortar, and timelines. We’ve seen this part of town grow and we’re just part of that process. Our desks are usually covered in coffee rings and rolled-up plans. It’s a working office, not a showroom. We like being accessible to the people who are interested in what we’re building. If someone walks in with a question, we do our best to give them a straight answer. We’re just regular employees and owners making a go of it here. That’s the way we’ve always done things at Arvind Smartspaces Limited. We just want to build stuff that works for people in our city.
