We’ve been here at the Ashirwad Estate for quite a while now. If you know Naroda Road, you know it gets pretty busy, especially with the fruit market right across from us. It’s a lively spot to spend your day. Our unit is on the first floor, B-1/2, just near where the forge blower is. You can usually hear the hum of the area when you walk up. We started out small and just kept at it, doing the work day in and day out. Sometimes the traffic is a mess because of the market trucks, but you get used to that rhythm after a few years. It’s not a fancy office or anything like that, just a solid place where we get things done. Most of the guys here have been with us for a long time, so we all know how the machines sound when they’re running right. We don't spend much time on fancy decorations. The walls could probably use some fresh paint, but the equipment works and that’s what matters to us. Dealing with the heat in the summer can be a bit much, especially on the first floor, but we keep the fans going. It’s a local business through and through. We just focus on our orders and try to make sure everything leaving the door is correct. That’s pretty much the whole story of how we run things here. It is not perfect but it is ours.
