You'll find J P Iscon Private Limited over in the Munshi Compound, right by the Vishwakarma Saw Mill. The smell of fresh-cut wood is something we've grown quite used to over the years. It's a gritty, working part of town, not a fancy business district, but it suits us just fine. We handle various real estate and construction projects from our office here. It’s the kind of place where you’re likely to see someone with mud on their boots or a thick stack of permits under their arm. We aren't into the corporate style of doing things. We don't have a mission statement on the wall or a slick elevator pitch. We just get to work every morning and try to make sure our developments are moving along as they should. Sometimes the compound gets a bit chaotic with all the different businesses operating at once, but we just focus on our own tasks. We spend a lot of time talking to vendors and making sure we have what we need for the sites. It can be a bit of a headache when things are late, but that's just the nature of the industry. We've built up a lot of local knowledge over the years by being right here in the middle of it. If you need to find us, just look for the saw mill and follow the road back. We're usually around, drinking tea and looking at site reports. It's just a regular office for regular work. We like it this way.
