Hiradhan Builders

At Hiradhan Builders, we are located on Berej Road, just behind Jawahar Nagar. It is a bit of a dusty area, and the road can be quite bumpy, especially after the rains, but it is home for our business. The office is a practical space, mostly filled with samples of bricks, tiles, and a lot of folders. We don't have any expensive art on the walls or leather sofas. Instead, we have some sturdy wooden chairs and a big desk where we can spread out all our architectural drawings. The daily routine is pretty much the same every week. We come in, check the messages, and then spend most of the morning on the phone. It gets quite loud when the heavy machinery passes by on the road outside, so we often have to shout to be heard. We are a small team and we have known each other for a long time, so the atmosphere is very casual. We don't really use formal titles or have big meetings; we just talk over our lunch about what needs to be finished. It is a very simple way of running things. We just want to get the houses built and keep our heads above water. There are no fancy promises here, just a group of people working hard on Berej Road to get the job done. That’s pretty much all there is to our daily operation.
