You can find Saraswati Buildcon. at Swanik Arcade. We are located near Arjun Homes in the Pragati Nagar area. It’s a good neighborhood to be in, and we’ve liked it here for a long time. We have been around for a bit, working on various building projects in the city. We don't have a big corporate structure with different departments. It’s mostly just us and a few regular contractors we trust to get things done. We spend our mornings checking on sites and our afternoons here in the arcade dealing with the paperwork and bills. It’s not the most exciting life, but we like it. The office is small and simple. We don't need much more than a few desks and a place to keep our tools and safety gear. Pragati Nagar has changed a lot since we first started, and we’ve been glad to be a part of that change. We don't believe in using fancy marketing talk or making big promises we can't keep. We just tell people what we can do and then we try our best to do it. Sometimes the weather doesn't cooperate or the materials don't arrive on time, but we just deal with it as it comes. We’ve learned that being straightforward is the best way to run things. People appreciate when you’re real with them. We aren't trying to build skyscrapers; we just want to build good, solid structures for the folks around here. If you come by the arcade, you’ll likely find us looking over some new sketches.
