K. K. Shah Co. is situated at 51/599 in the Mangal Murti Apartment. We are right across from the Naranpura Telephone Exchange, which is how most people find us if they haven’t been here before. The area is quite a mix of residential and business, so it feels a bit more relaxed than the city center, though the Naroda side can still get busy. Our office is inside the apartment building, so it doesn’t look like a standard storefront. We have desks set up for our paperwork and a small area where we keep our records. We handle various trading and supply tasks, and our days are usually a mix of checking ledger books and making calls to partners. The view from the window is mostly just the telephone exchange and the street below. We’ve been in this Naranpura spot for a while now, and we’ve gotten to know the neighbors pretty well. It’s a quiet routine for the most part. We start early, have our tea, and get through the list of things that need to be done. Sometimes we have people coming in to discuss business, so we keep some extra chairs around. It’s not a polished corporate office; it’s a functional space where we get our work done without any extra fuss. The building itself is sturdy and has that old-school Ahmedabad feel to it. We just focus on our day-to-day trade and keeping the books straight.
