Jyoti Exports

Jyoti Exports is situated on the 1st Floor of U. K House, which is part of the Gandhi Purshottam Park Society in Naranpura. It’s a bit of a mouthful of an address, but it’s a quiet residential-style area that we’ve grown to like. We’ve been in this building for quite a bit. Being in a society like this makes the workday feel a little calmer than if we were right on a main highway. We mostly focus on export work, which involves a lot of administrative stuff. We spend hours looking over documents and talking to transport companies. It’s not always exciting, but it’s what we know how to do. The office has a few big windows that let in some light, which helps when we are stuck inside all day. We are a small team, just a few local folks working together. We don't have a lot of fancy equipment, just what we need to get the shipping details right. Naranpura is a good neighborhood, and we’ve gotten to know some of the other people around here. We just try to keep things moving along and handle whatever issues come up with the shipments. It’s a steady kind of life. We don't make a big deal out of what we do, we just show up and do the work every day. It takes a lot of patience to deal with customs paperwork, but we are used to the grind now.
