Praasa Overseas

We’ve been over here at S-207 in Shrenik Avenue for a while now. If you know the Naranpura Cross Road area, you know it stays pretty busy all day. That’s where Praasa Overseas runs from. It’s just a regular office space where we handle the day-to-day work of shipping things abroad. Most mornings start with checking emails and seeing what came in overnight from different time zones. It isn't a fancy setup, just some desks, computers, and a lot of paperwork piled up. We spend a good chunk of our time on the phone or tracking where containers are. Sometimes the internet acts up or the traffic outside gets loud, but we just keep at it. Moving goods across borders involves a lot of small details that people don't usually see. We deal with the customs forms and the logistics side of things so the products actually get where they need to go. Being near the crossroad makes it easy for people to find us, though parking can be a bit of a headache sometimes. We aren't a big corporation with hundreds of workers. It’s just a small group of us here making sure the export side of the business stays on track. We've learned a lot about how different countries handle their imports over the years. It’s practical work, really. Nothing too flashy about it, just making sure the numbers match and the boxes move.
