Nanda Automibiles Pvt Ltd is located over at 21 Ambica Society, right near the Rajguru Textile in Vatva. This is an industrial sort of area, so there’s always a lot of movement and trucks coming and going. We’ve got a shop floor that stays pretty busy with vehicles being moved around. It can get quite greasy and loud, but that’s expected in the automobile business. We don't have a shiny showroom with bright lights. Instead, it’s a practical space where we focus on the mechanical side of things. Most of us here have grease under our fingernails most of the time. The building at Ambica Society has been our base for a long time. We know the other business owners around Vatva, and we all kind of look out for each other. It’s a hardworking part of town. We don’t spend much time on the computer unless we are looking up a part or filing some basic paperwork. Mostly, we are under hoods or looking at engines. It’s a bit of a mess sometimes with spare parts sitting in the corners, but we manage. If you are coming from the main road, just look for the textile mill and we are right nearby. It’s just a group of us who know cars inside and out, doing our thing every day without any extra fluff or fancy talk. We keep the doors open to catch the breeze, even if it brings in a bit of dust. It's just how we work.
