Siddheshwar Developers

We’re based out of Highland Residency, right across from Aqua Polaris and near the Kailash Bunglows. It’s a nice part of town, a bit quieter than the main roads. At Siddheshwar Developers, we spend our days looking at land and talking to contractors. There’s always a lot of back and forth with the city and the workers. I usually start my day with a walk around the site nearby to see how the progress is looking. The office is a simple setup inside the residency. We have a few computers and a lot of rolled-up drawings. It’s a small operation, really. Just a few of us making sure the builds are happening the way they’re supposed to. We don't go in for big advertisements. Usually, people just see our signs on the fences of our projects. Living and working near Kailash Bunglows means we see a lot of the same faces every day. It’s a community feel. Some days the weather doesn't cooperate and we have to reschedule everything, which is a headache. But that's part of the job. We try to be straightforward with everyone we work with. No big promises, just trying to finish the houses and buildings we started. It’s steady work and it keeps us busy from morning till night. We have been in this area for a long time and we know how the local ground conditions usually behave during the monsoon season.
