Our office for Shikhar Developers is situated at Serve No 150 1, in the Shikhar Shine building. We are right opposite the CNG pump, which makes it easy for visitors to find us even if they aren't from this neighborhood. You can usually tell when it's a busy day because the line for the pump stretches down the road. Inside Shikhar Shine, things are usually a bit more settled. We focus on our development projects from here, spending hours looking over maps and checking regulations. The office has a lot of natural light, which is nice, but it can get quite warm in the afternoons. We have a few desks and a big table in the center where we spread out the large architectural drawings. Sometimes the dust from the road outside gets into the office, so we have to wipe down the monitors every morning. It’s just me and a few colleagues working here most of the time. We aren't a huge company with hundreds of employees; we are just a local group trying to get these projects finished on time. We often have people dropping in to ask about progress or to submit their invoices. We try to be helpful and honest about what is happening on the sites. It’s a lot of hard work and sometimes things go wrong, but we just deal with it and move on to the next task.
