Kailash Realty Private Limited.

We have been working out of this spot on the 24 Mtr TP Road for a while now. Kailash Realty Private Limited is basically just us doing our thing every day. Our office is right here at Kailash Ojash, which is directly opposite Kailash Rejoice. If you know the area, it is pretty easy to find us. Most mornings start with some tea and looking over some site maps or talking to the guys about what needs to be done. It gets busy on this road, especially with all the new stuff going up around here lately. We handle a lot of the paperwork and the site planning right from this desk. It is not a fancy corporate setup or anything like that. Just some desks, chairs, and a lot of maps pinned to the walls. Sometimes the computer acts up or we run out of ink right when we need to print a plan, but that is just how it goes in a real office. People stop by to ask about plots or just to say hello and have a seat. We spend a lot of time out in the sun at the different project sites, so the office is a nice break when the air conditioning is actually working. We do not have a big marketing team or anyone writing fancy speeches for us. It is just us trying to get the buildings up and making sure the measurements are right. The TP Road has changed a lot since we first moved in.
