We’ve been working out of this spot behind the DAV School for a while now. You probably know the area if you’ve been around S.G. Road lately. It’s right near the BMW showroom, which makes it easy enough to find if you’re coming from the main road. Most days you’ll find us just sorting through paperwork or chatting with folks who drop by to ask about what we’re building next. It’s not a big fancy office with a dozen receptionists. It’s just us. We started Namra Developers because we wanted to be part of how this neighborhood is growing. Things change fast around here. One day there's an empty lot and the next thing you know, there's a crane up. We try to keep things straightforward. If someone asks a question, we give them a direct answer without all the technical jargon that usually comes with real estate. It’s a busy part of town, especially with the school right there. Traffic gets a bit heavy in the mornings, but we like the energy. Being near the BMW showroom helps when we have to give directions to anyone visiting for the first time. We just tell them to turn off S.G. Road and look for us tucked away in the back. It’s a decent place to work from. We spend a lot of time on-site too, making sure things are moving along like they should. It’s a lot of manual work and coordination, but that’s just how the job goes.
