Shree Krishna Electroplaters

Working at Shop No. 4 in Satnam Estate means you get used to the smell of the shop floor pretty fast. Nagarvel Hanuman Road is always busy with traffic and people moving stuff around. Our space isn't huge, but we make it work with the tanks and the racks we have set up. Most mornings start with checking the levels and making sure the power is steady because you never know with the estate sometimes. It’s a lot of standing and moving pieces around. It gets quite humid in here, especially during the monsoon months when the air just feels heavy. We aren't really the type to sit around in suits or talk about big plans. We just look at what needs plating and we get to it. The walls have some stains from the years of work we've done here at Shree Krishna Electroplaters. If you walk past, you’ll probably hear the clinking of metal or the sound of the exhaust fan humming away. Lunch is usually a quick break sitting on a stool near the entrance where there's a bit of a breeze from the road. It’s a messy job sometimes, and our clothes usually show it by five o’clock. We know the other guys in the estate and we help each other out if someone needs a tool or a hand with a heavy load. It’s just how things go around here every day.
