Our office is situated in Vishakapatnam, at Flat 504 in the Gajanana Fort building, right near the Nad X Road. It’s a decent spot for us to manage the Nagarjuna Construction projects in this part of Andhra Pradesh. Being near the coast means we have to think a lot about the salt air and how it affects the materials we use. Our office is fairly simple—just a few rooms with desks, chairs, and plenty of project files. We don’t have a lot of fancy decorations. We prefer to spend our time out on the sites where the actual work happens. You’ll often find us looking at maps or talking to suppliers on the phone. The area around Nad X Road is always moving, which suits the way we work. We aren't a corporate group that sits behind mahogany desks all day. We wear boots and high-visibility vests more often than not. We have a solid crew of people who have been doing this for a long time. We know the local terrain and the challenges that come with building in this climate. Sometimes the monsoons slow us down, but we just adjust the schedule and keep at it. We are honest about what we do and how we do it. There’s no need for big promises, just steady work and making sure the structures are built to last.
