Nachiappa Angency

Nachiappa Angency is located at 120, General Peters Road. It’s an older part of the city, and our building has been here for a long time. You can tell by the way the stairs creak and how the windows fit in their frames. We like it that way, though. It has a bit of character. Most of our day is spent handling orders and talking to people who have been coming to us for years. It’s a lot of manual work, moving things around the floor and making sure the inventory is right. General Peters Road is always noisy with traffic and people shouting, but you get used to it after a week. We don’t have a fancy reception area or anything. If you come in, you’ll probably just see one of us behind a desk covered in papers. We don’t use a lot of high-tech stuff unless we really have to. It’s mostly about knowing where things are and getting them to the right person. The staff here is pretty close, and we’ve seen a lot of changes in the neighborhood over the years. Even with everything changing around us, we just keep doing things the way we know how. Nachiappa Angency is a straightforward place. We don't try to impress anyone with big words or fancy offices. We just show up at 120 every morning and get to work because that's what needs doing.
