We are located in the Jamalpur area of Ahmedabad. For a good stretch of time, N A Tours N Travels has been operating out of this neighborhood. Jamalpur is a lively place, always full of activity and people going about their business. Our office is a modest one. Instead of expensive furniture or high-end decor, we just have a functional space where we handle travel requests. We mostly help folks with bus and train bookings, and sometimes flights too. It’s a straightforward operation. Since we don’t spend money on big advertising campaigns, most people find us just by walking past or hearing about us from a friend. The street outside is usually crowded, especially in the mornings. We’ve gotten used to the noise and the pace of life here. It’s a real community. Local shops and the people who live nearby are all folks we know well. When someone comes in, we just sit down and talk about where they need to go. There’s no pressure or sales talk. Checking the schedules to see what’s available is how we do it. It’s a very human way of doing things. Sometimes mistakes happen with the filing, but we always get it sorted out eventually. Being a helpful part of the Jamalpur community is just what we do. It’s a simple life running a travel desk here, and we’re quite content with it.
