Radhakrushna Developers

Radhakrushna Developers is based out of Fortune North. We are tucked behind the Gamthi Restaurant, which is great for lunch but sometimes the smells make us hungry way too early. The 220 Jetco Power Station is also nearby, so you can sometimes hear that electric hum in the background. It is a bit of an industrial feel, but that suits us just fine. We aren't doing anything fancy here. Most of our day is spent coordinating with contractors and making sure the materials are moving. The office itself is just a functional space. We have a lot of dusty boots by the door and a kettle that is always running. Building things takes a lot of patience. You deal with the weather, the city rules, and the fact that things rarely go exactly as planned. We just take it as it comes. Being at Fortune North puts us in a good position to see what's happening on this side of town. It’s a lot of hard work and late nights sometimes. We don't have any big slogans. We just focus on the project in front of us. It’s about getting the walls up and the roofs on. People around here know where to find us if they need to talk about a site. We’re just regular folks doing a job that involves a lot of bricks and mortar.
