Our base for Multifilms Plastics Pvt. Ltd. is at Laxmi Nilayam on Nanda Patkar Road. If you know Vile Parle East, you know it’s a busy mix of homes and businesses. We work with plastics. It is mostly various types of films and packaging materials. The office is often full of samples and rolls of different stuff we’ve made. It’s not the most organized looking place, but we generally know where everything is kept. We have people coming in to check out the quality of the plastic or to talk about their orders. We’ve been around for a long time in this exact spot. The traffic on Nanda Patkar Road can be a bit much during the morning rush. Our team is small. Most of us have been with the company for years. We handle the manufacturing side of things and then figure out where the products need to go. It’s a lot of coordination between the factory and the people who buy from us. We don’t use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. It’s just making and selling plastic films. Sometimes the machines have issues or there's a delay with getting the raw materials. We just have to figure it out. It’s a straightforward business. We like being in Vile Parle because it’s close to everything we need. We just keep our heads down and do the work. The building is older, but it suits us.
