M/S Vijaya Balaaji Construction P. Ltd.

Our office is located in the Krishna Nagar area of Ahmedabad, part of the GHB Colony. The address is 86/1408 for Vijaya Balaaji Construction P. Ltd. This is where we handle the management side of our construction work. Construction is a messy business by nature, so there is usually a bit of dust on the desks no matter how much we try to clean it off. We have some samples of bricks and materials lying around and various blueprints rolled up in the corners of the room. The colony is a busy place with lots of families living nearby, so there is always something going on outside the window. We spend a lot of time coordinating with the guys at the different building sites. Some days are just spent on the phone trying to track down where a supply truck has gone. We are not big on formal stuff here. We often wear boots and dusty clothes because that is just the nature of the job. The office is more of a hub for us to meet before heading out to the actual projects. There is a small tea stall just outside the main gate where we usually gather in the morning to discuss the day. Ahmedabad gets really dusty and hot, so the ceiling fan is always running at full speed. We do not have any polished floors or glass partitions. It is just a functional space with some heavy furniture and a lot of project files.
