Over in Jhabua, at the Gopal Colony, that’s where you’ll find our office. Our official name is M/S Jivanlal Joitaram Patel Eng. & Con. It’s a bit of a mouthful, so most people just know us by the name on the door or just as the engineering folks. We work in engineering and construction, which means there is usually a lot of dirt on our boots and stacks of blueprints on the table. Jhabua is our home base, and we like being part of the community here in Madhya Pradesh. We don’t have a high-rise office or anything like that. It’s a practical workspace meant for planning out buildings and checking on site progress. Sometimes things go according to plan, and other times we have to figure it out as we go, which is just part of the construction life. The team here is mostly local guys who know the area well and aren't afraid of hard work. We don’t go in for big marketing talk or trying to look more important than we actually are. We just take on the jobs that come our way and try to finish them without too much trouble. It’s a lot of long hours and dusty roads, but seeing a project come together makes it worth it.
