M/S Balar Buildcon Pvt. Ltd.

We are located at 75/891 in the Karnavati Part 1 area, right on Sola Road here in Ahmedabad. It’s a pretty central spot and we’ve been here quite a bit. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a place for us at M/S Balar Buildcon Pvt. Ltd. to meet and handle the business side of building things. There’s always someone coming in or going out to a site. We spend a lot of time on the phone or looking at site layouts. Ahmedabad is a big city and things move fast, but we try to keep things simple at our end. We don’t bother with big ads or flashy signs. We just focus on the buildings we’re working on. Sometimes things get a bit chaotic when we have multiple projects going at once, but that’s just how the building trade is. Our desks are usually covered in files and coffee cups. It’s a local operation, and we know many of the people around here. We’re just a regular bunch of folks who know how to put bricks and mortar together. We don’t promise the world, we just do the work that’s in front of us. It’s not always easy, but it keeps us busy. That’s really all there is to it. We don't have any fancy mission statements hanging on the wall. We just show up, do the jobs we have on the list, and go home.
