Motivation Engineers

We go by the name Motivation Engineers. Our address situation is a bit funny because we usually just tell people it is the same as what is listed on the CV. We are engineers who spend most of our time looking at technical drawings and trying to solve different mechanical problems. It is not glamorous work by any means. There is usually grease on someone’s hands and a lot of metal scraps lying around the floor. We don't have a massive factory with robots, just a place where we can focus on the technical side of things. Some of us have been doing this kind of work for twenty years or even more. You learn a lot by just fixing things that break unexpectedly. We don't really have a front desk or a formal receptionist at the door. If you happen to come by, you'll probably find one of us under a machine or staring at a computer screen. It's a pretty quiet operation for the most part. We like it that way because it lets us actually get the job finished on time. We aren't big on meetings that last forever for no reason. We’d rather just get straight to the point and see what needs to be fixed today. It's honest work and it keeps the lights on for everyone. We don't go around bragging about what we do. We just do it and then go home.
