Our facility is out on the Bangalore-Mysore Road, at Survey No. 96/3-P in Kumbalgodu. It’s a bit of a trek from the main city, and the drive out here can be quite long depending on the highway traffic. This area is very industrial, so you’ll see a lot of large trucks and other plants nearby. The plot itself is quite big, which is necessary for the kind of automotive work we handle. It can get pretty dusty out here, especially when the wind picks up across the open spaces. Inside the gates, it’s all about the machines and the engineering tasks at hand. It’s not a quiet place; there is always some kind of hum or mechanical sound going on in the background. We have a small office area where we manage the technical side of things, but most of the action happens on the floor. The staff usually brings their own lunch or gets something from the local canteens nearby. It’s a hardworking environment where people aren't afraid to get their hands dirty. We don't have any flashy corporate lounges or anything like that. Everything here is designed for utility and getting the job done. It’s a long day for most of us, starting early to beat the worst of the highway rush, but it’s a solid place to work if you don't mind the industrial setting.
