Surya Buildcon

We've been at this spot for a while now, right across from the Swaminarayan Temple. If you know where Kiran Motors is, we're just behind them. It's a busy little area, but we like it here. We handle building stuff and it’s mostly just us doing the daily work. People stop by when they see the sign. Sometimes the traffic is a bit much because of the temple, but you get used to it. We started Surya Buildcon because we knew how to put things together. There isn’t much to say other than we show up in the morning and stay until the job is mostly done for the day. Most of our tools stay in the back. It’s not a fancy office or anything like that. We have some chairs if you want to sit and talk about a project. Mostly, we are out on sites though. If the door is locked, we are probably just down the road. It’s a local business through and through. We know the neighbors. We know the guy at the tea stall nearby. It’s just how we do things here. If you need something built or have questions about a plot, you can just come by. We’re usually around after nine. No big corporate meetings here, just us working and trying to get the builds right. The building is just a regular one. We’ve painted the door a few times over the years. Inside, it’s mostly just shelves and some old files. But that’s how it goes when you’re busy with work. It is what it is.
