S.G.Developer. is located in the Motera area at F.p.215/2. We are pretty close to the Saksrut Society, which is a well-known spot around here. Motera has changed a lot recently and we’ve been here to see much of it happen. Our office is a simple place where we manage our construction activities. We don't have any of those glass-walled conference rooms or high-tech gadgets. It’s mostly just desks, chairs, and a lot of paper. We spend our time coordinating with contractors and making sure the materials arrive when they are supposed to. It can be a bit of a juggle sometimes, especially when there are delays with the weather or transport. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to do decent work and keep our reputation solid in the local community. Most of our day is spent either here in the office or walking around the sites nearby. We know a lot of the people in Saksrut Society and the surrounding blocks. It’s a friendly area and we like being based here. We don't use any slick sales pitches. If someone wants to know about our work, we just show them what we’ve already built. It’s a straightforward approach. We just focus on the bricks and mortar and try to get the jobs finished on time without too much fuss.
