Gayatri Infrastructure Limited. is based in Maitri Tower, which is just across from Hari Om Nagar 1. It’s a solid building and a good location for us to operate from. From our windows, we can see the daily life of Hari Om Nagar, which keeps us feeling connected to the local area. Most of the people working here have been with us for a long time, so we’ve become a bit of a work family. We handle a variety of infrastructure tasks, which means there is always a lot of coordination involved between the office and the various project sites. It can be a bit chaotic at times, with everyone trying to get things done at once, but we usually manage to keep things on track. We don't have a lot of rules about how things should look or sound in the office, as long as the work gets done properly. We aren't interested in sounding like a big corporation with polished brochures. We’d rather just talk to people plainly and tell them what’s possible and what isn't. The tower is a busy place with other businesses around, so there’s always someone to chat with in the elevator or the lobby. It’s a good environment for staying grounded while we deal with the complexities of infrastructure projects. We just take it day by day and try to stay organized as much as we possibly can.
