Monarch Rubber Industries

Monarch Rubber Industries is located in the Pole Factory Compound on Anand Sojitra Road in V.V. Nagar. You can usually smell the place before you even see it. Rubber has a very specific scent, especially when it is being processed in the machines, and after a while, you don't even notice it anymore. We have been operating out of this compound for quite some time now. It is an old-school factory setup. We have heavy machinery that has been running for years, and it needs a lot of looking after to keep it going. The floors are dark and the air is thick, but that is just how rubber manufacturing goes. We make all sorts of bits and pieces that people use in other machines or for construction. It is a messy job and your hands are rarely clean by the end of the shift. We don't have any fancy brochures or a PR person to tell our story to the world. We are just a group of people who know how to work with rubber. The Anand Sojitra Road is always busy, so there is a lot of noise from the traffic outside, but we just turn up the machines and get to work. Most of us live nearby, so the commute isn't too bad. We aren't looking to change the world, we just want to make sure the orders are filled and the quality is good enough.
