Moksha International Outbound Call Center

We are situated at Westend Park in the Bodak Dev area of Ahmedabad. Our office is B-101, right near the S.G. Highway. Being close to the highway means there is always noise from the cars, but we get used to it. As a call center, things are usually pretty energetic inside. You’ll hear a lot of people talking on their headsets all day long. Moksha International handles outbound calls, so it’s constant chatter from morning until the shifts end. The office isn't huge, but we make it work with the rows of desks we have. We’ve got a small break area where everyone grabs water or a quick snack between calls. Bodak Dev is a good spot because there are plenty of places to eat nearby when we get a break. Sometimes the air conditioning gets a bit too cold, so you’ll see people wearing sweaters even when it’s hot outside in Ahmedabad. We don't really do anything besides the calling and the data entry that goes with it. It’s straightforward work. We keep track of our numbers on a whiteboard and try to stay on top of the schedule. Most of the guys and girls here live locally. It’s a busy place, and there’s always something happening. You just come in, put on the headset, and start the day. That’s how it goes here at Westend Park.
