Modinagar Rolls Limited

Modinagar Rolls Limited is based on Major Asha Ram Tyagi Road in Modinagar. This is an old industrial area, and our building fits right in with the surroundings. It’s a big, sturdy structure that has seen a lot of years go by. The road outside is often dusty and filled with trucks coming from different parts of the state. Inside, the ceilings are high and the floors are made of thick concrete. We have heavy machinery that runs for most of the day. The sound of the factory is the background noise to our lives. We have a lot of workers who have lived in Modinagar their whole lives. We don't have a human resources department or any complex rules. We just show up, do our shift, and go home. The office part of the building is just a couple of rooms with old wooden furniture. We keep our records in big paper files rather than fancy computer systems. It’s a very traditional way of working. We don't spend time on branding or social media. If you need to talk to us, you usually just come to the gate and ask for the manager. We value honesty and hard work above everything else. It’s a tough environment sometimes, especially when it’s hot, but we are proud of what we do. We just keep our heads down and keep the machines running on Major Asha Ram Tyagi Road. That is all we do.
