Our office is over at H-12 in the Paras Mani Flat. If you know Ahmedabad, you know how these residential blocks are. It’s a quiet enough area most of the time, which helps when we’re trying to concentrate on the paperwork. Mmtc Gitanjali Pvt.Ltd. has been operating from this spot for a bit, and we’ve gotten used to the layout. It’s not a huge corporate building with a glass front, just a regular flat where we’ve set up our desks and computers. The Gujarat sun can be really something in the afternoon, so we keep the curtains pulled tight to stop the glare. There’s a bit of a climb if the lift is acting up, but usually, it works fine. We have our files stacked up in the corner and a small space for making tea when the afternoon slump hits. The neighborhood is mostly families, so you hear kids playing outside sometimes after school. We don't have a big reception desk or a bunch of people in suits. It’s just us working through our lists and making sure the business stays on track. Sometimes the courier guys get a bit lost looking for the specific block, but they eventually find us. We’ve thought about moving to a bigger commercial space, but this feels like home now. It’s practical for what we need to do every day without all the extra fuss that comes with a fancy office. It works for us just fine.
