Rajshree Buildcon

Our office is at number 10 in Maharastra Soc, right opposite the Sampati Flat. It’s a pretty traditional residential neighborhood, so it’s not your typical high-rise office building. Rajshree Buildcon is just a local business run by a few of us who grew up around here. We spend our days juggling a lot of different tasks, from ordering sand and gravel to making sure the paperwork for the local authorities is all in order. It’s a lot of detail work that most people don't see. The office is cozy, maybe a bit too small when we have a few visitors, but it works for us. We have a lot of old maps of the area pinned to the walls. Being in Maharastra Soc means we’re part of the local fabric, and we see our neighbors every morning when we open up. We aren't interested in sounding like a big multinational. We’re just people who know how to manage a construction project and keep things moving. There are always challenges, like when a supplier is late or the rain won't stop, but we just handle it and move on to the next thing. It’s a simple, practical way of working. We’ve been at this for a while and we just plan to keep doing what we’re doing, one project at a time, right here in the society. It isn't always exciting, but it is what we know how to do.
