Millennium Park Holdings Pvt. Ltd. has its main office in Ahmedabad. We are located at A-31 in the Amarnath Co-Op Housing Society. This is in the Nava Naroda area, which is a place that has grown a lot in recent years. Our office is near both Gopal Chock and Sitaram Chock, so it is right in the middle of a lot of local activity. We chose to be in a housing society rather than a big commercial tower because it feels more personal. Our workspace is basically a few rooms where we keep all our property records and holding documents. It is a very quiet environment, which is good because we have to spend a lot of time reading through contracts and legal papers. We are a small group of people and we have known each other for a long time. There is no corporate dress code here. You will usually see us in casual clothes, just sitting at our desks and making phone calls. Sometimes we have neighbors drop by just to say hello. We don't have a big sign outside, just a small nameplate so people know they have the right house. Our work is mostly about managing what we have and making sure everything runs smoothly. We like the pace of life here in Nava Naroda. It is a straightforward business and we don't try to make it seem more complicated than it is.
